MUMS' COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORKER (part-time)
Applications for this post open on Sunday 3rd September, and close on Sunday 24th September. The Princess Project trustees hope that this new appointment will help us to provide better support to our mums, and to our wonderful team of volunteers, and also enable us to begin rolling out some of our services, starting with our Mum2Mum befriending service, into the Medway area. We are looking for a very special someone who shares our passion for vulnerable mums, and would like to help us fulfil our vision to provide a holistic package of support to mothers (and their families), by addressing their physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
This post is subject to an Occupational Requirement that the post-holder be a committed Christian under Part 1 Schedule 9 to the Equality Act 2010. Due to the vulnerable nature of our all-female client group, it is also subject to an Occupational Requirement that the post-holder be female.
We have many different volunteer roles at the Princess Project. If you'd like to help, there will be a way that you can do that! Have a browse through our main volunteer roles below, or if what you would like to do doesn't fit within one of these categories- get in touch and we'll try our best to work something out!
